This 33,513-square-foot renovation transformed an existing Subaru dealership into a modern Mazda dealership that reflects the brand’s refined, contemporary identity. The project included extensive exterior and interior upgrades, beginning with a full demolition of existing finishes to create a refreshed showroom, sales offices, customer lounge, training areas, business development offices, service write-up, and parts and merchandise spaces. The interior design combines wood tones, warm grays, and crisp whites to create a clean, inviting atmosphere. Exterior improvements feature ACM panels in contrasting black and white with gray stucco accents, complemented by expansive, black-framed storefront glazing that visually connects the sleek architecture to the bright, open interior.
