Project Overview

This new, 22,000 SF animal services facility is the first animal shelter for the City of Elk Grove. Designed of a primary structure of CMU and gang nail truss, the facility encompasses state of the art animal housing with cost effect construction techniques.

As part of the design a separated low cost spay/neuter clinic and surgery suite was incorporated into the overall plan. The design reflects modern retail elements, as well as fundamental animal husbandry elements, along with functional office and administrations areas for animal co.
