LDA Partners designed this new member service facility, consolidating many services offered by the CSAA throughout Northern California. Located within a planned community, the project required extensive reconstruction of an abandoned levee system to create a buildable site and conformance to the communities design standards.
The two-story, 36,000 SF building features a dramatic entry rotunda and signature colonnade. It also includes a unique underfloor plenum air distribution system providing maximum flexibility, comfort, and energy efficiency for the staff and patrons.
