LDA was charged by the Bank of Agriculture and Commerce to convert an existing bank facility (previously another institution) to accommodate their growing operations. The first challenge on this project was to reconfigure the existing building to create a new main entrance from the parking lot. The second challenge was to reconfigure the two-story interior space to house bank operations and a new customer service branch.
LDA completed the work in four phases. Phases 1 and 2 modified different areas of each floor for personnel and equipment. Phases 3 and 4 reconfigured a portion of the building for the new branch and redesigned the building façade – while reducing overall project costs.
