Sutter Tracy Care Center

Project Overview

LDA Partners designed the new 45,500 SF Sutter Tracy Care Center outpatient clinic.  Reinforcing the Sutter medical campus and anchoring Tracy’s Medical Office Zone, this facility addresses the needs of three distinct stakeholders – Sutter Health, Sutter Gould Medical Foundation, and an independent developer.  While challenging to meet the needs of all three parties, LDA achieved all stakeholder goals addressing all owner objectives and ultimately reaching a common consensus.

The building design is a simplified pre-manufactured exterior shell for increased economy, and regularized clinical modules providing operational efficiency for the end-user.  LDA developed a unique circulation spine throughout the clinic and included a patient atrium adding a bright, open, and healing environment.  The team also transplanted a towering Heritage Oak from the interior of the site to a prominent intersection creating a sheltering landmark for the community.  The entire design complements the character of the nearby residential neighborhood.

Lodi Memorial Community Clinic

Project Overview

LDA was responsible for the design of a new Medical Office Building space for the Lodi Health Physicians Millsbridge Family Care group.  This was a challenging project for the new MOB space was to be located on the second floor of a mixed-use building.  LDA met the OSHPD 3 requirements while effectively designing the 14,000 SF clinic space.  The final design exceed the physicians’ expectations with the use of natural light, glass walls and a functional program that created a healing environment for patients and staff.

Selma Medical Center

Project Overview

In conjunction with the design of the Kaiser Clovis Medical Offices, LDA Partners also designed the new Selma Medical Offices.  This MOB is 36,300 SF and provides Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Pharmacy, Lab, Chart Room, Member Services, Administration, and Building Support services.  The building meets Kaiser’s MOB standards and provides not only healthcare but also health education services.  This combined service approach provides members with one facility for convenience and improved healthcare delivery.

Clovis Medical Center

Project Overview

LDA Partners designed the new Kaiser Clovis Medical Offices.  This freestanding, two-story, 65,269 SF building includes adult medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, pharmacy, lab, radiology, chart room, member services, administration and building support services.  LDA achieved Kaiser’s goal to provide comprehensive medical services through facilities close to where the members work and live.

Dameron Lab

Project Overview

Dameron Hospital planned to relocate their lab facility from the hospital to a site across the street.  LDA held extensive planning/programming meetings and outreach with hospital staff engaging all users in order to develop a design solution to satisfy complex logistical and operational needs.  The final design was a state-of-the-art lab that included the integration of work areas with technology.  This included a pneumatic tube system to send samples to the lab and results to hospital staff, as well as creative designs integrating space lighting solutions.
