The 20,000 square-foot Shoe Pavilion retail space is a component of the larger Sherwood Mall facility in Stockton, California. The mall underwent a significant façade reconstruction that introduced a “prairie style” character to the primary building. Several new anchor-tenant buildings, including the Shoe Pavilion, were also added to the center.

The Shoe Pavilion is a national retail outlet with a distinct architectural identity. The mall owner required close adherence to the overall mall design theme and color palette. The resulting design incorporated the individual identity of the Shoe Pavilion while adhering to the “prairie style” theme of the center.
