Designed to create a new “downtown core” for the City of Lathrop, the Towne Centre mixed-use development is comprised of three buildings offering a combined total of 45,000 square feet of retail, office, and medical space. The development, which covers one-half of a city block, features a mix of one- and two-story spaces, breaking up the mass of the structures. Each of the three buildings features a central atrium allowing natural light to radiate within the structures.

LDA Partners planned the building site to facilitate pedestrian access and movement, moving the buildings to the back of the walkways to emphasize the “downtown” feeling of the development.
