Lincoln High School Performing Arts Center
Stockton, California
Scheduled for completion in 2010, the Lincoln High School Performing Arts Center will be the primary venue for music and performing arts events for Stockton’s Lincoln School District. While its primary use will be to support the programs of Lincoln High School, the 750-seat facility also will host performances by the district’s elementary and middle-school students.
In addition to its use for music and theatre, the Center will serve as a gallery for the display of permanent and circulating exhibitions of visual art.
The Center will embody sustainable and energy-conserving design philosophies, and will incorporate sustainable exterior and interior building materials that are compatible with the existing high-school campus.
