14th and J Mixed-Use Development

The eight-story, mixed-use development at 14th and J streets in the urban downtown section of Modesto, California, will encompass retail, office, and residential use.

As envisioned, a financial institution and a restaurant will occupy the ground floor, with 7,000 square feet of divisible office space on the second floor. Parking for 78 cars will be accommodated on floors two and three. Luxurious residential units will occupy the upper five levels of the project.

The structural system will include poured-in-place, post-tensioned concrete. The building envelope and interior development will incorporate sustainable design and material considerations.
