The Verona Office Plaza condominium project incorporates two, three-story buildings, totaling approximately 66,000 square feet, and sited on 4.1 acres in north Stockton, adjacent to Hammer Lane and Interstate Highway 5.

The design echoes the influence of northern Italian hill towns, and features a varied building façade composed of multiple wall planes. Each wall plane has a distinct color scheme, creating the visual suggestion of a cluster of individual buildings.

The interior features an open, three-story atrium with abundant skylights. Open balconies within the atrium provide entrance to individual office suites.
