Part of an eight-acre development, the five-story, 150,000 square-foot A.G. Spanos Corporate Office Building features numerous amenities that express the integrity and commitment on which the Spanos Companies were founded. A tree lined entrance drive, grand sculptural water fountain, and covered executive parking provide inviting enrichments to the development.

Clad in precast concrete and granite panels, the steel framed structure is easily identified by the two story, skylight-illuminated entrance arcade and a roof mounted helipad. Multiple elevators service all floors of the building, and an executive elevator services the penthouse guest area, adjacent to the helipad. Stone finishes adorn the ground floor common areas, and a small, contemporary café offers convenience to the building tenants.

Encompassing the fifth floor of the building, the A.G. Spanos Companies office includes an executive board room, media room, multiple conferencing rooms, and executive gymnasium complete with lockers, showers and massage treatment rooms. Rich in finishes and design elements, the interiors reflect the refined accomplishments of the building Owner.

This project earned an Award of Excellence from the City of Stockton.
