When Kaiser Permanente embarked on an aggressive medical-office building development program to respond to member needs in the Central Valley/Fresno area, it called upon LDAPartners for the concurrent design of two facilities.

The LDAPartners team responded by fast-tracking the design, construction documents, permitting and construction administration of a single-story, 36,309 square-foot medical office in Selma, California, and a two-story, 65,269 square-foot facility in Clovis, California. Each medical office houss Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Chart Room, Member Services, Administration, and Building Support.

Because of its speed of construction, cost-efficiency, and thermal properties, tilt-up concrete construction was used in both facilities (a first for Kaiser Permanente properties).

Leading the collaboration of client, contractor, and architect, LDAPartners was able to deliver each facility ahead of schedule and within budget objectives.
