LDA Partners, LLP provides LEED Administration and Consulting services to building owners, developers and design teams seeking certification of their projects under the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design System. What is LEED®?
The USGBC’s LEED building rating system is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED offers programs for commercial, residential, healthcare and educational new construction, existing buildings, and commercial interior design. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in six key areas:

• • indoor environmental quality, and

LEED® Consulting Services

LEED® Programming and Viability Analysis
LDA Partners facilitates collaboration between design professionals and their clients in establishing goals for the environmental performance of their new or existing buildings. We will conduct a LEED® criteria-based feasibility analysis to determine the fiscal and technical viability of the project under consideration, and will make recommendations as to the possible LEED® rating attainable given the project scope and budget. LDA Partners also will work with the design team on project programming to ensure the integration of sustainable strategies to deliver building that will attain the desired LEED performance rating.

LEED® Technical Assistance
LDA Partners will work with the design team to incorporate LEED® criteria into plans and specifications, and will review designs and construction documents to ensure that all possible LEED® credits can be captured.

LEED® Registration, Documentation, and Liaison
LDA Partners will manage the preparation and online submittal of LEED® documentation necessary to register the project with the USGBC. LDA Partners’ LEED Accredited Professional also will guide you through the preparation of design phase and construction phase submittals required by the USGBC to document building performance for LEED® certification. We also will manage the Credit Interpretation Requests and the appeals process, if needed, to ensure that the building receives every possible credit.
