University of the Pacific Alumni House
Stockton, California
Programmed for LEED-NC 3 Silver

Sited on the south campus of the University of the Pacific, the multi-use Alumni House will serve as a venue for alumni meetings and other activities, and will house the school’s alumni archives that chronicle the history and programs of the University.

UOP Alumni House has been programmed to attain Silver certification under the LEED® New Construction green building rating system, and makes extensive use of sustainable materials and technologies to reduce the building’s environmental footprint.

When completed, the facility will house meeting and conferencing areas for use by alumni and current students. A grand hall will be available for large conference functions, wedding receptions and other large gatherings. The Alumni Association’s administrative staff will occupy the second floor of the facility, giving it a full-time presence on the campus.

Through the use of brick, cast-stone materials and demonstrative roof lines, the building will continue the strong collegiate-gothic architectural theme reflected throughout the central campus of the University.
