History
LDA Partners has come a long way since its 1979 founding by Brent
Lesovsky as Design Works Architecture. In 1980, Michael R. Donaldson
joined the practice as a partner, and the firm was renamed Lesovsky-Donaldson
Architects (LDA).
In its early days, the firm’s client base was comprised largely
of regional residential developers, high-end private residential homeowners,
and heath care companies. The growing firm soon built a reputation
for quality design, responsiveness, and delivering exceptional value
while controlling the costs of construction – a reputation that
still stands today.
As LDA matured, its mix of client types and projects expanded dramatically.
the firm soon proved its prowess in the design and construction management
of myriad commercial/retail, community, office, and hospitality facilities
in addition to its continued work in the residential and health-care
sectors. As demand for its services increased, LDA reached out for
additional professional talent who could support the principals as
they continued to deliver exceptional personal attention to a growing
clientele. Among those joining the firm were Dennis Zagaroli and Eric
Wohle.
In April, 2006, Mssrs. Zagaroli and Wohle became full partners, and
the practice was renamed LDA Partners, LLP.
Twenty-five years since its inception, LDA Partners continues the
tradition of creating innovative, solutions-based environments that
serve and empower the people who work, play, and live within them.
