Community Banks of Northern Calif
Lathrop, California

Completed in 2007, Community Banks of Northern California is the first completed building in the City of Lathrop’s new downtown core, and serves as the corner entrance to the district.

The 8,000 square-foot structure incorporates two-story towers to break up the mass of the building, and features a central atrium to bring-in natural light.

In keeping with the theme of the new downtown district, the building has been sited near the back of a wide pedestrian walkway.
