Sylvan Square Shopping Center

Built in the 1970s and comprised of three main buildings totaling 70,000 square feet, Sylvan Square Shopping Center was in need of a complete renovation.

LDA Partner’s challenge was to transform the center’s façade and contemporize the appearance of the mixed-retail center. A further challenge was to maintain the front wall of the center’s main existing structure.

Completed in 2006, the redesign of the center’s facade integrates simple forms, light finish materials, and a bright color scheme that enhances the image and appeal of the center’s retail stores.
